Dave’s Self Defence courses are a distillation of the training and real-life, ‘on the tin’ experience he’s amassed over the many years training, teaching and working within this field. In Dave’s words, the information is “fluff free and proven”. Proven not just by himself, but by those he’s studied and those he’s taught.
