The Health & Safety at Work Act (HSWA) 1974 (Section 2) instructs every employer to provide information, instruction, training and supervision as necessary to ensure, “so far as is reasonably practicable”, the health and safety at work of their employees and others affected by their activities. The Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations (MHSWR) 1999 also identifies situations where health and safety training is particularly important. This includes items such as “when people start work, exposure to new or increased risks” and “where existing skills may need updating”.   There are major benefits to business to be gained from safety training. By reducing accidents and ill health, and by helping to ensure injury free operations, safety training can make a major contribution to the success of any business. The online courses by Virtual Training Centre have been written to assist in understanding accident causes and prevention, investigations and workplace safety knowledge.   Persons interested in learning more about these online Health & Safety Courses should contact us by the contact page to discuss their requirements, or simply purchase the courses below.  Read Less
